Sussex Bank was formerly known as The Sussex County State Bank and changed its name to Sussex Bank in October 2001. The company was founded in 1975 and is headquartered in Franklin, New Jersey with branch offices in Andover, Augusta, Newton, Montague, Sparta, Vernon, Wantage, and Hackettstown, New Jersey; and Port Jervis and Warwick, New York. Sussex Bank operates as a subsidiary of Sussex Bancorp.
