The company provides portable generators on hire for use in the construction and contracting industries; and water-based chiller and air conditioners to supplement installed process systems or provide HVAC services for workplaces. It also offers waste collection and disposal, pick up, sand sweeper, cleaning, pest management, sewage, tanker, and recycling services to Dubai World facilities, free zone companies, shipping companies, and stakeholders. In addition, its services include setting up, operating, and managing facilities; accommodation administering, housekeeping, catering, janitorial, recreation and social/leisure activities, utility, generator maintenance, laundry, and project coordination; security, fire and ambulance, medical treatment, market research, communication and IT supplies, and office furniture; transportation for staff between workplaces and camps; and master plan and legal document reviews, operational strategies, design reviews, cost modeling, operational specifications, FM procurement, contract transition, and operational audits. Further, the company offers asset and energy management, building maintenance, and move coordination services; fit out works; fire alarm, fire fighting, and safety equipment maintenance services; and advisory and oversight services related to environmental, health, and safety. The company was formerly known as Serco Gulf L. L. C. and changed its name to Imdaad L.L.C. in May 2007. The company was founded in 2002 and is based in Jebel Ali, the United Arab Emirates. Imdaad L.L.C. operates as a subsidiary of Dubai World Corporation.
