It offers account services and loans and credit facilities; salary backed loans, insurance premium and warehouse financing services, AutoFINANCE cards, and bankers acceptance; tender/bid, performance, and advance payment bonds; overdraft facilities and stand-by overdraft facilities; short term loans; and medium term loans that are designed for premises and factories enhancement, and the purchases for equipment and processing machinery. The company also provides project finance loans for large-scale civil engineering and construction operations, including housing projects; construction loans to property development and building construction companies; syndicated loans and seasonal working capital facilities; and foreign currency facilities for exporting customers to enable them produce and procure commodities and crops, such as copper, cobalt, tobacco, cotton, and ground-nuts. In addition, it offers export finance services, including export bills negotiations, export discount facilities, and advances against outward collections; loans against trust receipts, shipping guarantees, and loans against imports; documentary letters of credit; and online banking services. The company provides its banking products and services to the public and private sectors, including, international investors, multi-national organizations, development and aid-agencies, non-governmental organizations, major local corporations, government and its agencies, and various financial institutions. Finance Bank Zambia Limited was founded in 1986 and is based in Lusaka, Zambia with branches in Chinsali, Isoka, Kabompo, Kaoma, Kasumbalesa, Katete, Mwinilunga, Samfya, Serenje, and Sesheke.
