In addition, the company provides systems and applications for compliance monitoring and risk management, data mining, customized reporting, electronic document storage/retrieval, back-office interfaces, and more; cash management services; compliance tools; investor communication services, such as electronic and print proxy, prospectus, and corporate action distribution and processing services for issuers, banks, brokers, and employee plans; and performance reporting tools. Further, it offers safeguards client assets and information; conducts research; and provides access to an array of retirement products and services. Furthermore, COR Clearing LLC offers value-added services, such as annuity contracts processing; Wrap platform, a fee-based account billing system; and EnvestNet platform that helps to deliver SMAs to clients. The company was formerly known as Legent Clearing, LLC and changed its name to COR Clearing LLC on September 13, 2012. COR Clearing LLC was founded in 2002 and is based in Omaha, Nebraska with additional offices in New Jersey; and Los Angeles, California. COR Clearing LLC operates as a subsidiary of COR Securities Holdings Inc.
