In addition, the company provides brokerage services that include conduction of transactions with shares, government stocks, securities of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, and stock of legal entities; registration of transactions with securities; consulting services on the development of parameters and conditions of issue; preparation of documents necessary for state registration and for admission of bonds to placement on the exchange; and primary placement of bonds at exchange and over-the-counter market, as well as depositary and paying agent services. Further, it offers money and capital market services; post-financing of export letters of credit; and currency exchange services, as well as Internet banking services. Additionally, the company provides correspondent accounts in Belarusian rubles and foreign currencies; intermediary services; access to internal and international currency markets, forward market, and precious metals market; REPO transactions, and SWAP at exchange and over-the-counter markets; Interbank crediting transaction services; letters of credit either on covered basis or on uncovered basis; and foreign trade transaction services, as well as performs settlement on interbank services that comprise conversion, deposit, and banknote transactions. It is also involved in the purchase and sale of cash currencies; provision of finance leasing services; purchase and sale of properties; and public catering and agriculture businesses.
