The group includes two banks that provide corporate, commercial, and consumer banking activities in Pakistan; a securities and investment banking company in Pakistan; an investment management company that provides asset management and investment advisory services to retail, corporate, and financial investors in Pakistan; a non-life insurance company that offers general insurance products in Pakistan; and a real estate development and construction company that develops and operates a mixed-use development in Pakistan. The companys portfolio also includes a media entertainment company that possesses technology platforms for processing and distributing digital contents and concepts for mobile phones, PCs, and set top boxes for clients in the Middle East, the Subcontinent, Africa, the Pacific Rim; a wireless company that operates a GSM mobile telephony network in Pakistan; and a telecommunication and media services company that offers international and long distance telephony, data, broadband Internet, cable/digital IP TV, VOD, video surveillance, and video conferencing services in Pakistan. In addition, its portfolio includes a mobile GSM services company in Bangladesh; a mobile GSM services company in Uganda; and a mobile telecommunication services company in Congo.
